Stage Kitchen & Bar in Boca Raton is entering a new chapter. The restaurant is transitioning into Boca Brasserie, a new concept centered on American fare and neighborhood dining.
When Stage Kitchen & Bar Boca Raton opened in 2025, it introduced an internationally inspired menu designed for sharing. The restaurant drew from chef Pushkar Marathe’s years cooking across Europe, the Caribbean, the Middle East and the United States, along with his Indian roots. The menu incorporated those flavors and techniques, reflecting Marathe’s global culinary background.
Boca Brasserie will focus on steaks, seafood, housemade pastas and wood-fired sourdough flatbreads. A martini program with tableside service is also planned.
“It’s a restaurant inspired by the community we are proud to be a part of,” Marathe and co-founder Andrew Dugard said in a press release.
Marathe, a James Beard Award semifinalist, and Dugard opened the original Stage Kitchen & Bar in Palm Beach Gardens in 2020. The Boca location is part of their broader Flavor Builders Hospitality group, which also includes Ela Curry & Cocktails and Mango Mercado.
With Boca Brasserie, the duo is repositioning the Restaurant Row space as a “warm, welcoming neighborhood restaurant serving timeless American classics.”
