Talkin’ Tacos Debuts In Delray Beach
Fan-Favorite Serves Up Bold Mexican Flavors
From humble food truck beginnings to becoming a South Florida staple, Talkin’ Tacos has delighted locals since 2020. Founded by childhood friends Mohammad Farraj and Omar Almassalkhi, the brand has built a loyal following with its flavorful, Instagram-worthy dishes. Now, as the official taco partner of the Miami Dolphins, the restaurant is expanding its reach with a new 2,400-square-foot location in Delray Beach.
“Opening our Delray Beach location has been a long time coming, and we couldn’t be more excited to finally be here,” says Farraj. “This is our third restaurant in Palm Beach County, and every new location feels like a big milestone. Delray has such an incredible energy, and we’re thrilled to bring our flavors, culture and hospitality to this vibrant city.”
The menu blends traditional Mexican fare with a creative twist. Start your meal with Guacamole and Chips, Street Corn Nachos or the must-try Birria Pizza — a thin-crust cheese pizza topped with beef birria (slow-cooked Mexican stew), onion, cilantro, avocado salsa and cotija cheese.
Taco lovers are in for a treat with choices like Caribbean Carne Tacos loaded with marinated steak and sweet plantains, Mahi Mahi Tacos with red cabbage and spicy mayo and Steak Al Pastor Tacos topped with pineapple and pickled onions. Those looking for meat-free options won’t feel left out with dishes like Bean Tacos (packed with refried beans, rice, lettuce, pico de gallo and guacamole) and Hongos Tacos, perfect for the mushroom lover.
Bowls come in crispy flour tortilla shells, while house specialties include Tomato Basil Ramen (ramen noodles in tomato basil soup with a choice of protein, cotija cheese and cilantro) and Birria Grilled Cheese (Texas toast layered with American white cheese, onions and cilantro, served with tomato soup and fries).
For dessert, indulge in cinnamon-sugar Churros, creamy Cheesecake or the ever-popular Tres Leches Cake.
