What started as a savvy summer strategy to draw locals into restaurants during the slow season has grown into a beloved citywide celebration: Miami Spice. From Aug. 1 to Sept. 30, many of the Magic City’s top restaurants are offering irresistible three-course prix-fixe menus at unbeatable prices — brunch for $35, and lunch and dinner ranging from $40 to $60. With more than 200 participating spots across the city, we’ve narrowed it down to the ones that deliver the most bang for your bite.

Dinner highlights feature Vito’s Burrata and a 12-oz. Grass-Fed Uruguayan Ribeye Steak. For a romantic touch, dine alfresco and soak in the stunning views of Biscayne Bay. Don’t skip dessert — the Flourless Chocolate Torte topped with Grand Marnier cream and orange anglaise is a decadent way to finish the meal.
