As South Florida hits peak mango season, Palm Beach Meats — a recent recipient of the prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand — is serving up tropical vibes with its annual Mango Fest, a seasonal pop-up dedicated to all things mango.
Set for July 19, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the event will spotlight locally grown mangoes from Chef Dan Ramos’ Red Splendor Farm. Attendees can also expect a diverse lineup of mango-inspired dishes and drinks prepared by some of the region’s standout chefs and culinary artisans. Highlights include creations from Palm Beach Meats, Ahmay’s Burmese Street Food, How Ya Dough’n’s mango pizza and Miss Marsha’s signature mango pie for a sweet finish.
For those looking to extend the festivities, Palm Beach Meats will also host its monthly Steakhouse Night, an intimate, reservation-only dinner. The experience features starters like Local Burrata and Caesar Salad, sides such as Creamed Spinach and Steak Fries and an impressive selection of Wagyu steaks, including Dry-Aged Wagyu, Au Wagyu Filet Mignon and the showstopping Au Wagyu 8/9 Tomahawk. A portion of the dinner will support survivors of domestic abuse, making this indulgent evening one with heart.
