Impact 100 Palm Beach County presents the Impact Talks Speaker Series, featuring three leading women who have built impressive careers while prioritizing the importance of commitment to their communities. The series will take place Nov. 29, Jan. 17 and Feb. 20, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at BRIC Presentation Hall in Boca Raton.
“Our Impact Talks Series reflects our commitment to uniting women and fostering positive change in our community,” says Jeannine Morris, co-president of Impact 100 Palm Beach County. “The journeys our esteemed speakers will share are a testament to the profound difference individuals can make when they are dedicated to creating meaningful impact.”
For the first series, happening on Nov. 29, Impact 100 PBC welcomes Morgan Pressel, professional golfer and golf broadcaster boasting a 16-year career on the LPGA Tour. From being the youngest U.S. Women’s Open qualifier at age 12 to clinching the Chevron Championship at 18, attendees will engage in a dialogue about Pressel’s awe-inspiring journey.
Beyond her golf achievements, her philanthropic efforts shine through the Morgan Pressel Foundation, dedicated to fighting breast cancer in South Florida in honor of her late mother. For over 17 years, the foundation has raised over $11.5 million to support local breast cancer initiatives.
Dr. Kathy Schilling and Ashley Whittaker will be taking the stage as the last two speakers in this heartwarming and gratifying event, with presentations scheduled for Jan. 17 and Feb. 20, respectively.
“The Impact Talks Series delivers a diverse range of topics and perspectives through our remarkable lineup of speakers,” adds Kimberly Boldt, co-president of Impact 100 Palm Beach County. “These exceptional women, each excelling in their respective fields, embody the spirit of community engagement and empowerment. Their unique insights will undoubtedly resonate with our audience, inspiring positive change and fostering a spirit of comradery.”
