Avocado toast, breakfast pizzas and sandwiches come served on cutting boards or wooden platters, while mismatched patterned plates adorn tables with pops of color and whimsy. The contrasting dishes complement the quirky mix of seating, creating a charming “antique store steal” meets “garage sale treasure” vibe.
Lush greenery and fresh flowers fill the space, highlighting the timeless decor and creating the feel of an indoor garden tea party. The Modern Rose carries more than 40 organic and boutique teas, leading to signature drinks like the Aphrodi-Tea — a creamy and floral herbal tea latte with strawberry and sweet almond foam — or Blue Maui, which is made with pineapple, ginger, lemongrass green tea and butterfly pea.
Served in mason jars, the coffee here is a favorite pick-me-up. The program focuses on organic, specialty-grade, single-origin beans roasted locally by Calusa Coffee. Signature drinks include the bestselling Lavender Latte (an espresso drink with lavender and vanilla), Churro Cold Brew (brown sugar cinnamon and cold brew topped with cinnamon caramel almond foam) and Nauti-Mermaid (a blueberry vanilla dirty blue matcha latte with oat milk).

Another must-try is the toast flight. Choose the savory Classic Rose Flight with four unique avocado toast variations, the Full Bloom Flight of eggs, fruit and cinnamon French toast, or the Not Your Mothers Vegan Flight for a plant-based option.
