The Herb Roasted Turkey comes with natural pan gravy and sides of Yukon Gold whipped potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts. For dessert, indulge in Chef Todd’s homemade Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream on top.

Aloft Delray Beach
Start your Thanksgiving buffet-style with a Mixed Garden or Caesar Salad, Butternut Squash Soup or a Caprese Platter. The Carving Station features Roast Turkey and Glazed Ham, but other entrées include Seared Salmon with Champagne dill cream, Baked Lasagna and Penne Primavera.
Of course, go for classic sides like Cranberry Sauce, Thanksgiving Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potato Souffle and Green Bean Casserole. Dessert offerings include Apple and Pumpkin Pie.

Farmer’s Table
A wholesome meal with vegetarian and vegan options, Farmer’s Table’s buffet starts with a choice between Butternut Squash “Bisque” and Harvest Salad, followed by Roasted Heritage Turkey, Grilled Salmon or Eggplant Zucchini Lasagna. The turkey comes with Maple Whipped Sweet Potatoes, Apple Cornbread Stuffing, Roasted Green Beans, Caramelized Brussels Sprouts, Florida Orange & Cranberry Sauce and Natural Gravy for a true Thanksgiving experience.

Holiday-inspired chef specials run alongside the regular menu at Meat Market. Pumpkin Spice-Brined Turkey Breast is a flavorful twist on a favorite, while Seared Turkey Roulade delivers familiar holiday comfort. For a little of it all, the Thanksgiving Trio includes Brined Turkey Breast, Seared Turkey Roulade and Bone-in Short Rib.

This local favorite is offering a decadent prix fixe dinner featuring an Italian-inspired Thanksgiving. The Turkey Dinner keeps it classic with a twist with Italian sweet sausage stuffing, whipped sweet potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts and a cranberry mostarda. If you’re skipping turkey, Braised Short Rib with polenta and truffled mushrooms, Veal Marsala Scaloppine with whipped potatoes, New York Strip and Salmon ‘Piccata’ are on the menu, too.

A French feast, Executive Chef Christopher Zabita has curated a three-course prix fixe menu at Café Boulud. Starters include Pâté en Croûte with foie gras and pear mostarda, Chestnut–Celery Velouté with truffle crème or Cornmeal-Crusted Crab Cake with Meyer lemon aioli.
The main meal is Plainville Farms All-Natural Turkey served with honey-glazed breast, turkey leg roulade, cornbread-bacon stuffing, cranberry compote, truffled mac n’ cheese and crispy Brussels sprouts with Aleppo butter. Other entrées include Red Wine–Braised Short Rib, Sweet Potato Ravioli and Dover Sole with hazelnut beurre blanc. The House Kitchen & Bar
Along with fall cocktails like the Salted Caramel Espresso Martini, enjoy holiday dishes from executive chef Jason Van Bomel at The House. Begin your meal with Potato & Leek Soup, featuring lump crabmeat, smoked bacon and Gruyere, then follow with Oven-Roasted All-Natural Turkey with a zesty cranberry orange relish and rich giblet gravy. Seasonal sides include savory sage sausage stuffing, red skin mashed potatoes, holiday-spiced candied yams and crispy Brussels sprouts.
The Pumpkin Pie comes with eggnog ice cream and is topped with caramel sauce and cinnamon.

The Clubhouse
Like a full-family Thanksgiving feast, The Clubhouse offers a buffet-style meal. The essential Oven-Roasted Turkey is served with a housemade cranberry sauce and rich gravy, and additional classics include Roasted NY Strip, with au jus and horseradish cream, and the Glazed Ham with honey, orange and brown sugar. For seafood lovers, Faroe Island Salmon and Chilled Shrimp are also available.
There is a selection of sides as well, from sides like Yukon Whipped Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole and Cornbread Stuffing round out the meal. This stylish steakhouse brings its signature glam to Thanksgiving with a three-course fête. First courses include Roasted Oysters, Oh My Veggie Roll or Pumpkin Soup with aged Gruyère and spiced granola. The main course highlight is a roasted Turkey Dinner with lemon and thyme gravy, garlic green beans, a twice baked potato and classic stuffing.
Indulgent alternatives include the Truffle Butter Filet, Pumpkin Agnolotti, Black Truffle Risotto and Wood Grilled Branzino. Desserts range from Caramelized Banana Tiramisu to Pumpkin Cheesecake and Warm White Chocolate Matcha Cake.

Timpano puts a modern twist to its Italian-inspired Thanksgiving dinner. The meal begins with Burrata served with pumpkin jam, pecan butter and focaccia. For the mains, choose between the Honey & Rosemary Roasted Turkey (with corn soufflé, buttermilk mashed potato, gravy and cranberry jam) or the Herb-Crusted Salmon (with pumpkin risotto, pistachio gremolata and cranberry). The Pumpkin Mascarpone Tiramisu offers a rich, seasonal ending to the meal.

Offering a Thanksgiving Lunch and Dinner Buffet, Galuppi’s keeps it classic with oven-roasted turkey, honey-glazed ham and traditional sides.
