The 56th Annual Everglades Seafood Festival returns to Everglades City Feb. 13–15, celebrating more than five decades of local flavor, live music and community spirit.
Drawing as many as 50,000 visitors each year to the Stone Crab Capital of the World, the festival coincides with peak stone crab season, ensuring visitors can enjoy fresh claws alongside shrimp, lobster, grouper and other delicacies prepared in classic Florida styles.
Food vendors showcase the bounty of the Gulf and Everglades waters, but equally compelling is the music lineup, which blends nationally recognized country artists with regional bands and local performers that play throughout the weekend.
Beyond food and music, the festival includes carnival rides, arts and crafts vendors and a strong community focus, with proceeds supporting local education, charities and hurricane relief. Admission is a canned food donation on Friday night and a $10 donation on Saturday and Sunday.
