A tasty battle will unfold in Boca Raton’s Sanborn Square Park — one fueled by spatulas, grills and plenty of smoke. Scheduled for July 12, the 12th Annual Boca Burger Battle, A Grilling Affair! invites patty lovers to celebrate South Florida’s top grill masters and bite into the ultimate burger showdown.
Set against the backdrop of one of Boca Raton’s historic landmarks — just south of Mizner Park and steps from the new Brightline station — the event has become a beloved community tradition. A curated lineup of local chefs will serve their burger creations to a panel of Grill Master Judges, recognized burger connoisseurs who will crown the first, second and third place winners for Best Grill Master. Meanwhile, attendees receive a wooden chip to cast their vote for the People’s Choice award, determining who takes home the coveted title of Best Battle Burger.
Last year’s Boca Burger Battle featured entries from fan-favorite destinations, including Yard House, Burtons Grill & Bar, American Social, Pzza, Drift, Sonrisa Restaurant and Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar. This year promises even juicier creations, bolder flavors and fiercer competitions.
Adding to the excitement, ticket holders will also enjoy live music and unlimited tastings of craft beers, wines and spirits, all while supporting the Children’s Giving Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to helping at-risk children and families in Palm Beach County.
