The Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival is bringing an extra dose of cheer to the holiday season. Presented by Wine Spectator, this culinary event, running from Dec. 12-15, will showcase the area’s finest restaurants alongside some of the nation’s top wineries.
The festival features a diverse lineup of activities, including exclusive dining experiences at renowned destinations across the county. On Dec. 12, food lovers can indulge in a five-course dinner at PGA National Resort’s Honeybelle, led by Chef Lindsay Autry and paired with organic-certified wines from Booker Wines of Paso Robles, California. On Dec. 13, The Boca Raton will host a kickoff party where Executive Chef Andrew Roenbeck will serve an assortment of bites, wines, spirits and desserts.
Wrap up this unique culinary experience at the 17th Annual Grand Tasting on Dec. 15 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Expect to savor dishes from 60 of South Florida’s top chefs and restaurants, accompanied by wines from more than 100 wineries, each rated 90+ by Wine Spectator. Attendees will also enjoy the crowd-favorite Grand Chef Throwdown, where three local chefs compete for a $100,000 charity prize, judged by celebrated chefs Maneet Chauhan, Tiffani Faison and Robert Irvine.
