Jan. 15–18, The Boca Raton will become the epicenter of indulgence and impact as Artisans of Wine & Food brings together more than 100 Napa Valley wineries and 20 award-winning chefs for a weekend of epicurean excellence.
The four-day experience features more than 20 curated events, from vintner-hosted dinners to a grand tasting and a gala headlined by chef and restaurateur Mario Carbone.
Guests can savor exquisite pairings at culinary showcases such as chef Guy Savoy’s dinner at The Boca Raton’s Top of the Tower and chef Gilles Dudognon’s yacht soirée, “An Evening on the Intercoastal.”
Expect dishes that celebrate seasonal ingredients, bold flavors and artistic presentation. From truffle-laced risottos and dry-aged meats to delicate seafood crudos and handcrafted pastas, the courses at each meal are thoughtfully paired with rare wines and classics from Napa’s finest estates.
The grand finale gala features a multicourse Italian-American feast by Carbone, with signature dishes like Spicy Rigatoni Vodka and Veal Parmesan reimagined for the occasion.
All proceeds from the Artisans of Wine & Food charity auction, in partnership with Collective Napa Valley, will benefit Place of Hope in Palm Beach County and the Napa Valley Vintners Youth Wellness Initiative.
