a star-studded culinary extravaganza celebrating the world’s most renowned chefs, restaurateurs and wine and spirits producers, is scheduled to return to The Magic City from Feb. 20-23.
Now in its 24th edition, SOBEWFF will present more than 105 distinctive events, including crowd favorites such as the “18th Annual Mike’s Amazing® Burger Bash,” hosted by Rachael Ray, and the ever-popular “Tacos & Tequila presented by Tequila Cazadores,” hosted by Chef Aarón Sánchez. A festival staple, “Goya Foods’ Grand Tasting Village” will once again take center stage, offering live cooking demonstrations, sampling from more than 1,200 products and tastings from 45 restaurants.
From thrilling cooking competitions to exclusive pop-ups, SOBEWFF also brings new experiences to the table.
On Feb. 20, join Chefs Alex Guarnaschelli and Eric Adjepong for a late-night culinary face-off. Then, on Feb. 21, the legendary Guy Fieri will host Tournament of Champions, an epic culinary showdown on the sands of Miami Beach. And don’t miss the festival’s grand finale: the Asian Night Market, hosted by Chefs Andrew Zimmern, Jet Tila and Aarti Sequeira.
The celebration isn’t limited to Miami Beach. From the Miami Design District to Kendall, SOBEWFF will spotlight the culinary diversity and talent that’s landed South Florida on the map as a food destination. Additional highlights include A Taste Of Italy with Chef Giada De Laurentiis in the Miami Design District, Noche Cubana, hosted at the Kimpton Surfcomber by Chef Michelle Bernstein, her husband and business partner David Martinez and cocktail expert Gio Gutierrez and the Miami Bakery Brunch hosted by Zak The Baker’s Zak Stern. The latter, which will also feature baked goods from Caracas Bakery and El Bagel, allows festivalgoers to savor Miami’s artisanal bakeries amid the stylish, serene ambiance of The Palms Hotel & Spa’s lush tropical gardens.
