The ford Boca Pumpkin Patch Festival is back for its 8th year, transforming Mizner Park Amphitheater into a cozy autumn wonderland Oct. 11-12.
“We always say fall doesn’t happen in South Florida — so we build it,” says Vanessa Goodis, executive producer of the festival. With thousands of pumpkins, a carnival and a lineup of festive activities, it has become a must for families and fall fanatics alike.
There are three timed sessions: Oct. 11 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4 to 9 p.m., and Oct. 12 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Guests can enjoy carnival rides, a kiddie Cornstalk Maze, Scarecrow Dress-Up Village and fall-themed photo ops. Children under 3 get in free (excluding rides), and tickets must be purchased in advance at bocapumpkinpatch.com.
Want more? Pick your perfect pumpkin and decorate it at the DIY station, or indulge in pumpkin-flavored treats at the Pumpkin Food Court. Adults can toast the season with craft cocktails and cold brews at the Pumpkin Beer Bars.
