Sweet Liberty’s Whiskey Smash

South Florida’s hospitality community takes center stage once again this month as ¡Salud! Miami, a citywide celebration of local bars and cocktail culture, marks its second year with an expanded lineup of drink specials, neighborhood activations and bar-focused programming.
The monthlong event invites residents and visitors to discover new bars, pop back into longtime favorites and connect with the people behind some of Miami’s most creative beverage programs. Participating venues offer special cocktails, events and experiences designed to showcase the personalities that help define the city’s nightlife scene.
Participants include favorites such as Sweet Liberty, Cafe La Trova, Lost Boy Dry Goods, Gramps Getaway, The Dead Flamingo, The Miami Beach Edition, Rose Bar at Delano and Vecinos. Additional venues and programming will be announced leading up to the event.
What separates ¡Salud! from a traditional bar crawl is its focus on discovery. The program highlights individual neighborhoods while encouraging guests to venture beyond their usual routines. For locals, it’s an excuse to become a tourist in their own city. For visitors, it’s an opportunity to experience Miami through a street-level lens.
