With South Florida’s ever-expanding and unmatched culinary scene, it’s no wonder August and September have become every foodie’s favorite time of year. Thanks to Miami Spice and Dine Out Lauderdale, hundreds of restaurants across the region are serving up flavorful, multicourse experiences designed to satisfy every craving — all at unbeatable prices.
From Aug. 1 to Sept. 30, Miami Spice returns with three-course prix-fixe menus at many of the Magic City’s top bars and restaurants. Prices start at $35 for brunch and range from $45 to $60 for lunch and dinner, offering incredible value at some of the city’s most coveted spots. This year’s standout participants include Estiatorio Milos, Amara at Paraiso, Claudie, Cote Miami and Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink. Exciting newcomers have also joined the lineup, such as the Michelin-recommended Beauty & The Butcher, Piegari, Shiso, Mimi Chinese and Mother Wolf, L.A.’s legendary Italian eatery from Chef Evan Funke.
If you’re venturing a bit farther north, don’t miss Dine Out Lauderdale, Broward County’s own take on this culinary tradition. Also running from Aug. 1 to Sept. 30, the program features well-loved establishments like Lona Cocina & Tequileria and 3030 Ocean Restaurant & Bar, as well as Maass, Fort Lauderdale’s only Michelin-starred restaurant. You’ll also find hidden gems like Cafe Bastille and Bulegreen Cafe.
With both Miami-Dade and Broward counties offering incredible culinary experiences throughout the season, now’s the time to explore, indulge and support your local dining scene — one prix-fixe meal at a time.
