Cymbal DLT Companies, an innovative and design-driven real estate development company based in Miami, is reshaping the essence of modern living by introducing Riverwalk District, a new neighborhood district in the heart of Fort Lauderdale.
At the forefront of this endeavor is a $1 billion development that will include, as outlined in a press release, “futuristic residential towers, a marina, restaurants, a hotel and a luxury condominium tower with amenities, such as a wine program.” And there’s a revolutionary innovation within this project that’s causing a well-deserved stir: Florida’s first yacht valet that, according to a press release, “will tackle the nuances of nautical life in Fort Lauderdale, the boating capital of the world.”
The construction of this one-of-a-kind development is divided into two distinct phases. The first is set for early 2024 and called Riverwalk Raintree Residences. It will include two eco-friendly, multifamily apartment towers (a 28-story structure and a 29-story counterpart) designed by architecture firm Jo Palma + Partners.
The second phase, called “Nautica Residences and Hotel,” led by the architecture firm Arquitectonica, will encompass a high-end condominium tower, a full-service hotel, membership clubs, food and beverage operations and yacht valet and club. If all these weren’t enough, the valet services will also incorporate a hurricane-proof storage facility for over 100 yachts.
Cymbal DLT, which focuses on constructing sustainable communities, is known for projects like the Ritz-Carlton Residences and Faena House Condos. The company’s website attests to their dedication, “We are proud of the projects that we build, and we put our heart and soul into every community that we create.”
