Dr. Robert Lalane graduated Summa Cum Laude from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biology. He decided to pursue a career while serving as a student volunteer emergency medical technician for the Duke campus and sporting events. He stayed at Duke University for his medical training and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.
