Bobby Murr and Jodi Lurcot
Residential Interior Design Services
For interior designers Jodi Lurcott and Bobby Murr, joining Clive Daniel Home was a dream come true. They bring years of experience, complementary strengths and a shared passion for creating inspired residential interiors.
Lurcott recalls feeling “like a kid in a candy store,” energized by the opportunity to design with beautiful, high-quality furnishings. Murr contributes a distinctive creative sensibility, blending his lifelong passions for music and fine arts with interior design.
In January, the duo celebrated their 10-year anniversary at Clive Daniel Home in Boca Raton, marking a decade of creative collaboration, professional growth and success.
Originally from Georgia, Murr is known for his strong sense of color and space, his cohesive design approach and his ability to help clients visualize and refine their personal style. Lurcott, a New York native and avid boater, brings a deep understanding of South Florida living. She approaches each project holistically, considering how architecture, environment and lifestyle intersect.
“I was born to do this; it just took me a little longer to get here,” says Lurcott, who graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in her late 30s.
“Between us, we’ve won a couple of Prism Awards, along with other industry honors and work exceptionally well as a team,” adds Murr, who earned a B.A. in interior design and music from the University of Tennessee.
Naturally gravitating toward one another as business partners, the two share equal enthusiasm for their craft and renovation projects of all sizes.
“We have to be able to design in all genres,” Murr explains. “There’s a discovery phase — getting to know our clients and helping them uncover their inspiration.”
Designing for South Florida presents unique considerations. “There’s a sense of grand scale here, whether it’s large homes or mid-sized condominiums,” Lurcott notes. “Water views, open spaces and a glamorous lifestyle influence our designs.”
Today, their work reflects a curated aesthetic that ranges from clean, minimal environments to sophisticated maximal interiors. Each space is layered with a mix of tones, textures and custom furnishings, guided by proportion, scale and architectural detail.
Having both a male and female perspective allows them to create spaces that feel balanced, personal and enduring.
