Tricia Schmidt
Property Management
Concierge Property Solutions (CPS) in Boca Raton, a fast-growing boutique property management company in Palm Beach County, stands out through personalized attention and tailored solutions that larger firms often can’t provide, ensuring each client receives dedicated service.
“That’s what we’re aiming for,” says president Tricia Schmidt. “We’ve never seen ourselves as competing with larger firms. All our growth has been via word of mouth.” She adds, “Our accessibility and hands-on approach mean clients can walk into our office, email or call us directly, which makes a real difference.”
The firm manages condos, HOAs, commercial and multifamily assets. “We manage a diverse portfolio and our client retention record is excellent.” CPS began with fewer than a dozen clients and has grown to over 50. “It’s intentional and controlled growth. We work with people who are a good fit and take care of them.”
As president, Schmidt has built a talented team to meet the needs of her clients and remains a hands-on leader who stays actively involved in all aspects of the business to ensure everyone receives attentive, high-touch service. “Visibility is important.”
CPS is committed to superior service. “Many who reach out are dissatisfied with their current management company. They want to be heard and receive communication. Clients are looking for transparency and attention,” says Schmidt. “Those are all things we can deliver.”
The company began as Renaissance Management in 2006. Schmidt joined in 2023 to rebrand. Previously, she spent a decade at Stiles Corporation, becoming general manager of Palm Beach County.
Ready to establish her own culture, she knew Bobby D’Angelo and Carl Klepper, Jr. of Compson Group, founders of the original company, would support rebuilding the business.
Schmidt is enthusiastic about the future. She recently promoted Brooke Fleishman to Director of Property Management and Development and says more enhancements are coming as they assess clients’ needs. “My goal is to use long vision in decision-making,” she says. “We’re in tune with where we are and where we’re going.”
