Biava explains that many people do this type of work as a hobby. “We’re managing this professionally,” he says. “We listen to our clients and give them what they want. Biava is an expert in the technology space, having over 30 years of management experience with multiple Fortune 50 companies. “I’ve been lucky to have had great teams with great employees.” He purchased ETC, an established business, about 3 ½ years ago. “ETC’s primary core value is to service the client above all else. We strive to deliver on that promise every day.”
