Residential Development
Noam Ziv is no stranger to the development of beautiful buildings.
For the past 30 years, the Israeli-born businessman has focused on the construction of retail, hospitality, residential, and office spaces in his home country, in the United States, and now, more specifically, high-end luxury boutique condos in both Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
Ziv has extensive experience in construction, management, design, entitlement, permits, and asset management of large projects across many markets. He was previously CEO of El-Ad National Properties, and prior to that, CEO of IDB Group USA, where he developed luxury condominiums in Las Vegas.
ALINA Residences Boca Raton was Ziv’s first undertaking in Boca Raton. Currently, he serves as a partner and CEO of 280 E. Palmetto Park Road LLC, the developer behind Glass House Boca Raton, downtown Boca Raton’s first modern glass building. Completion of the boutique condo community is slated for Q1 2027, with groundbreaking scheduled to begin in the next few months.
Glass House Boca Raton will be nestled between the city and Atlantic Ocean, along E. Palmetto Park Road within close proximity to the Intracoastal Waterway and the beach. Each residence will feature its own expansive sanctuary, complete with an open floor plan, contemporary design and an unparalleled blend of privacy, luxury, and sophistication. With just three to four homes on each level, this boutique condominium offers layouts ranging from 2,505 square feet to 3,865 square feet.

“I like Florida a lot and Boca Raton is a fantastic place to do business and raise a family,” Ziv, a resident of the city, points out. “Boca Raton is unique in that the demand is here, but the inventory is not quite here yet.”
He feels that Glass House Boca Raton will bring to the community a more modern, green ambiance and attract a wealthy demographic, noting that new developments like this “will make the city better.”
“It will feature 28 high-end-design units appointed with luxury finishes and European cabinetry, as well as a full set of amenities, from an attractive lobby with 24/7 front-desk service, fully equipped fitness center, concierge service, rooftop pool and jacuzzi, underground parking garage with two spaces per unit, and some private garages,” Ziv explains. “Residents will also enjoy exclusive access to The Palmetto Lounge, a residents-only lounge.”

Limited exclusive membership opportunities at The Boca Raton are also available to residents. These memberships are subject to availability and terms.
He and his team of partners envision developing more residential projects in the future, focusing on boutique condominiums that bring modern design and thoughtful living to South Florida.
“We like Boca Raton a lot and plan to continue building in the area,” Ziv expresses. “Our goal is to focus on projects within a 45-minute radius of our office.”
