Dr. Rosemary Baghdassarian
Where You’ll Get Treated With Empathy And Compassion
Empathy and compassion — it’s what Rosemary Baghdassarian, DDS, owner of H.A.B. Dental, Inc. in Boynton Beach and Boca Raton, says sets her apart from other dentists in South Florida. In fact, many of her patients come to her from other practices. They say her office has the best staff and they really care about their patients. “That’s what I feel differentiates our practice,” says Dr. Baghdassarian. “What separates us is the feeling people get when they come. We go above and beyond. Time and time again I hear that from countless patients.”
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic Dr. Baghdassarian’s team attended numerous seminars to hone their patient skills. Now the focus is on online training to provide unequaled people skills. Caring for the patient as a whole is something Dr. Baghdassarian prides herself on.
“No one wants to be at the dentist. It causes some degree of discomfort and it’s not someplace most people want to be,” she says. “The whole patient is really important. You have to go the extra mile to show compassion.”
Dr. Baghdassarian provides comprehensive, multispecialty dental services ranging from hygiene to full mouth reconstruction. That means patients don’t have to see several specialists to get dental work done. This boutique dental practice offers the latest technologies with Dr. Baghdassarian and her staff up to date on dentistry, thanks to prioritizing continuing education.
Patients can be assured that both offices are safe and clean. All staff who have direct patient contact have been vaccinated. Staff are tested for COVID-19 every two weeks. Appointments are staggered to ensure crowding does not occur. Patients complete a health survey before their appointment, are required to wear masks and have their temperatures taken. They also wait in their cars until their room is ready. Treatment rooms are thoroughly disinfected and HEPA filters have been installed — a critical component as these can help eliminate 99.95 percent of viruses present in the air. “Patients are noticing how clean our office is,” Dr. Baghdassarian says. “Some have said they left other offices because they didn’t feel they were clean. I don’t cut corners or expenses when it comes to patients’ health.”
