Hearing Aid Technology
With more than 30 locations along the East Coast and a growing franchise network nationwide, Hear Again America established their corporate office in Boca Raton and offers advanced hearing aid technology featuring AI capabilities, language translation, wireless connectivity and more.
Owned by CEO Asaf Peled and President Dr. Robert Morrison, Hear Again America aims to improve patients’ lives via enhancing communication and connection. Peled, who has been in the hearing industry since 2000, emphasizes the brand’s quality service and competitive pricing.
Peled was drawn to the ability, “to help people in ways they didn’t know they needed. Family members bring them in because they can’t hear and we change their life. Those that may have previously hesitated to join social situations are now communicating with their families and enjoying movies again.” He adds: “That’s why I stayed in the industry for so many years and have been a business owner with Rob since 2014.”
As a licensed audiologist and nationally known speaker, Morrison also brings 25 years of clinical expertise and professionalism to the company. “We run Hear Again America to be patient-centric and customer-service focused,” he explains. “We are not an organization that sells hearing aids without emphasizing the importance of appropriate fitting and service.”
Morrison notes that the hearing industry has modernized significantly over the years. “Today’s devices have impressive capabilities, including fall detection, pedometry (and other overall health solutions), as well as seamless wireless pairing to your cell phone, allowing you to take calls hands-free through customized hearing aids.”
Additionally, hearing aids fit naturally into everyday life. “They’re micro computers, with impressive processing speeds, resting on your ears to serve as total communication products. There’s a misconception that hearing aids signify old age, but ear-level devices are everywhere — especially among younger generations,” Morrison says. “We’re beginning to see younger people with relatively normal hearing interested in the technology, particularly for better hearing in noisy environments or for language translation with business and travel applications.”
Hear Again America has multiple South Florida locations; each one offers free hearing testing, full audiometric evaluations, and personalized recommendations from experienced on-site audiologists and hearing aid specialists.
