Darryl Kogan
Personal Injury Law
We care. We prepare. We fight to win. That’s the motto and operating standard behind every client interaction at Kogan & DiSalvo Personal Injury Law, in Boca Raton.
These words have been exemplified many times. Years ago, a fiery 20-car pileup happened on Interstate 4. Darryl Kogan, founding partner at Kogan & DiSalvo Personal Injury Law, represented a man who died while on his way home from work. Kogan sued every vehicle involved in the crash successfully.
A preeminent firm in Boca Raton and one of the top in Florida, Kogan & DiSalvo Personal Injury Law has been around for 32 years. They’ve represented thousands of clients in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death and other serious injury matters for clients from every state and around the world. They’ve expanded from one South Florida office into a firm with 15 offices statewide.
“We have the resources to stand up and fight against the biggest companies while also giving personalized attention to clients. No defendant or insurance company is too big for us to take on,” says Kogan.
Kogan makes suggestions and recommendations to help clients get the best care, so they heal, get their medical bills paid, recover lost wages and get fair compensation for their pain and suffering. He is part of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is limited to attorneys who’ve won multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements. Kogan is a Florida Bar Board Certified Personal Injury Lawyer. Less than 1% of the attorneys practicing personal injury have attained board certification. “I love helping people and seeing them get their life back on track.”
Currently, they’re the lead firm working on cases where Brightline trains — known as the “killer train” with the highest train death rate in the country — have caused injury and death. The firm is representing over 20 families who’ve lost loved ones. They’re the lead firm in the state that has made strides in these court cases. “We need them to make the train safer for the benefit of the community.”
Kogan moved to Boca Raton to earn his bachelor’s in business administration from Florida Atlantic University and has lived in Boca Raton ever since. He earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. Kogan has been admitted to handle cases in numerous other states and the United States Supreme Court.
