Board-certified in internal medicine, he specializes in adult and geriatric care, seeing patients in the office, hospital and skilled-nursing settings. His patient-first philosophy is rooted in active listening, thoughtful care planning, and consistent follow-up throughout every stage of a patient’s health journey.

With deep experience in internal medicine, Cichon is celebrated for her skill, warmth and dedication, earning the lasting trust of patients and colleagues alike.
Originally from Cuba, Dr. Espinel began his career as a general surgeon before relocating to the United States. He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University, where he was honored as Resident of the Year and later served as Chief Resident. Before opening his practice, he worked as a hospitalist in South Florida, gaining extensive experience across all levels of patient care. These experiences ultimately inspired him to establish his own practice, one built on the values of personalized attention and compassionate care.
Today, Dr. Espinel and his dedicated team continue to set the standard for what patient-centered medicine should be: attentive, thorough and deeply human.
