Kevin Mosca, D.O.
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
Kevin Mosca, D.O., of Mosca Plastic Surgery in Delray Beach, treats the whole patient, seeing beyond surgery. That’s why he takes a history of a patient’s life so that he can manage their expectations and care after the surgery. With this process, patients can get the results they’re looking for whether it’s breast augmentation, complex breast revision, body sculpting, skinny BBLs (Brazilian butt lifts), abdominal etching or mommy makeovers.
“Plastic surgery should be seen as an adjunct to your life,” he says. “It cannot be seen as a ‘come as you are and leave as you want’ mentality. It can help you, but it needs to be assisted by many other things.”
Known as “@DrBocaRaton” thanks to his Instagram handle, the board-certified plastic and reconstruction surgeon has patients travel to South Florida from around the world for his services. You’ll see Dr. Mosca at each visit, and he’s available after hours to answer questions. Each evening after a case, a nurse calls every patient and Dr. Mosca always follows up the next morning.
“I love when patients are happy with their results and show their appreciation with glowing reviews,” says Dr. Mosca. “I want to know I made a difference in and enriched their life.”
The biggest trend for 2026 is that patients will be downsizing their breast implants. “It used to be large and in charge.” Now, women are aiming for smaller and perkier breasts. Mommy makeovers are trending, too. They’re becoming more accepted, especially in South Florida.
“Women who’ve had children now want to empower themselves and return to their prepregnancy bodies.” Lastly, there has been a significant rise in excessive skin removal procedures after massive weight loss due to healthier habits and because of the uptick in the use of GLP1 inhibitors such as Ozempic.
The practice will offer IV therapy and lymphatic massage later this year. Another office will open in northern Palm Beach County in the next year or so.
The New Jersey native earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to complete an integrated six-year combined general and plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
