Nichols believes that protecting your wealth is as important as growing it, a philosophy which resonates deeply with clients who are focused on securing their legacy.
He says raising his four kids is the biggest honor he’s been given and enjoys every minute he spends with them and his wife. He recounts putting dry-erase boards in each of their rooms. “Each night, my kids and I write something positive on their boards that can be imprinted on them.” He recalls watching one of his kids falling asleep, hand on heart, repeating over and over, “I can.”
So, what inspires Nichols? “To be a great leader, I believe you must make a commitment to care about other people’s goals more than your own. I ask myself every day, ‘What actions do I need to take to serve this person?’”
