New York-based Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP (SSRGA) continues to grow in South Florida, due in large part to the leadership of Robin I. Bresky, the Florida Managing Partner and an Appellate Law attorney. She has built out a bench of standout talent, including Family Law attorney Dominique Sciullo and Trusts & Estates attorneys Jennifer Fulton and Chioma Deere, each bringing deep expertise and clear passion for the law.
“The firm is experiencing significant growth, fueled by collaboration with our New York office, as well as a growing Florida client base,” says Bresky.
That growth traces back to 2022, when Bresky merged her boutique practice into SSRGA, giving rise to the firm’s Boca Raton office. Today, it offers a broad range of practice areas, including appellate law and litigation support, family law, trusts and estates and probate administration, and civil litigation (including commercial and construction disputes).
The firm’s professionals are rooted in the local and legal communities paired with a built-in New York pipeline of clients and colleagues moving South.
“Firm clients from New York who relocate to South Florida feel comfortable because we already know the legal landscape down here,” Bresky says. “We operate like a small firm, but we’re actually part of something bigger.”
“The complementary legal offerings in both states allow us to provide a greater depth of solution-oriented service for our clients,” Deere adds.
That depth has extended to the talent the firm has assembled in each practice area. Sciullo points to the firm’s Family Law Division, where she works alongside James Martz, a retired family law judge: “Having someone with Jim’s experience lead our family law practice makes us all better legal practitioners. There is so much to learn from him.”
And for Fulton, the work carries a personal weight. “I’m privileged to help clients create estate plans that assist them during life and provide for their families after death,” she says. “It’s rewarding to contribute to a family’s future across generations.”
Approaching five years in the local market, SSRGA has made a name for itself and become a firm where attorneys want to build their careers.
