Lilliana Aranguren, D.D.S., M.D. Sc.
Periodontics & Implant Dentistry
As a senior partner at South Florida Center for Periodontics & Implant Dentistry (SFCPID) in Boca Raton, Liliana Aranguren, D.D.S., M.D., continues to grow and serve her patients. Dedicated to comfort, kindness and clinical excellence, she believes you deserve a stress-free dental visit; feeling comfortable being just as important as the treatment itself. “I believe in treating people, not patients.”
Clients benefit from state-of-the-art treatments, including laser-assisted periodontal therapy, robotics, digital scanning and periodontal endoscopes.
Dr. Aranguren has expertise in minimally invasive gum grafting, TeethToday® (which are same-day implants), accelerated orthodontics and aesthetic enhancements. Options for IV and conscious sedation are also available to help clients feel calm, safe and fully supported during every step of their visit.
Dr. Aranguren is also a pioneer of Yomi Robotic-Guided Dental Surgery. This state-of-the-art system is the only FDA-cleared robotic guidance system for dental implant placement. And SFCPID is the first dental office in the country to offer robot-guided implant surgery. Using these sophisticated tools helps ensure lasting, beautiful results. This technology underscores the practice’s commitment to innovation — not just for the sake of being new, but to make implant dentistry safer and more predictable.
Working alongside her distinguished colleagues Drs. Jeffrey Ganeles, Frederic J. Norkin, André De Souza, Ovadia Chocron and Samuel Zfaz, the team boasts international experience and clinical innovation, bringing each patient personalized care.
Originally from Venezuela, Dr. Aranguren was introduced to dentistry by a friend and instantly recognized it as the perfect balance of science, artistry and patient care. “From the beginning, I knew dentistry was where I belonged. It combined precision and creativity, and it allowed me to restore health and confidence for others.”
After emigrating to the United States, she completed two residencies at the University of Connecticut in General Dentistry and Periodontics, as well as a research-focused Masters in Dental Science. She is board certified in periodontics and dental implant surgery by the American Board of Periodontology. For her, dentistry isn’t just a profession; it’s a calling. “There is no greater privilege than using my hands to restore my patients’ confidence, health and happiness.”
