In Gary, Indiana, the Gray family shared and nurtured a belief in the power of words to effect change, protect boundaries and insist upon fair results. Terry A.C. Gray grew up watching his father and elder sister practice law. It was an inheritance as much as a career choice, but the track he built was his own.
Gray attended Cranbrook Kingswood Schools and graduated with honors from the University of Virginia as its student body president. After work in Thailand pursuant to the prestigious Henry Luce Fellowship, Gray served on the Law Review, graduated from Stanford Law School and clerked for a chief federal judge.
His career spans top firms in New York, Washington, D.C. and of course, Florida, thereby earning him a place on the 2026 Super Lawyers list.

His commercial litigation practice centers on high-intensity, high-stakes financial disputes of all sorts: breach of contract, fiduciary exploitation of elders, corporate embezzlement, securities arbitration and litigation and international litigation.

Through 2026, Gray hopes to keep helping companies and individuals who have been wronged and are responding to existential threats.
