Dr. Hirsh, a visionary in rheumatology, and Meredith, a leader in health care administration, have built more than a medical practice. They have created a thriving, patient-centered facility that focuses on state-of-the-art technology, innovative treatments and compassionate care.

The Hirsh Center began its remarkable journey in 2007 with a team of just five. Today, it is a nationally recognized facility, employing 10 providers and more than 40 support staff.
The center specializes in autoimmune conditions, arthritis and sports medicine and is known for its advanced use of musculoskeletal ultrasound. This technology is used for joint injections, pain procedures and diagnosing injuries to tendons, ligaments and joints.
The Hirsh Center was the third clinic in the country to earn national accreditation in musculoskeletal ultrasound, reflecting Dr. Hirsh’s commitment to advancing rheumatology and improving patient care.
Meredith plays an essential role in the success of The Hirsh Center, focusing on the business side of health care. After earning an Executive MBA from the University of Florida in 2016, she focused on advocating for physicians and patients, aiming to make the system more efficient.
“Health care is a complex system and it requires a mix of innovation, advocacy and leadership to create meaningful change,” Meredith shares.
Her influence extends beyond The Hirsh Center. As a keynote speaker, Meredith provides insights on leadership, health care advocacy and operational efficiency.
She is also an adjunct instructor at Florida Atlantic University, shaping the next generation of health care leaders through its Medical Business Management certification program. Meredith’s work spans organizations including the American College of Rheumatology, American College of Healthcare Executives, Florida Society of Rheumatology and Coalition of State Rheumatology Organizations.
Her “Working Healthcare” podcast explores the complexities within the $4.8 trillion American health care sector. In a weekly podcast, she interviews a variety of health care leaders to demystify the industry’s intricacies and to help explain its inner workings.
The podcast aims to inform and educate listeners about this complex field. Available on podcast platforms like Apple Podcasts and Spotify, it ensures broad accessibility for a diverse audience.
Dr. Hirsh’s dedication to patients is equally as prominent. As the Centennial President of the Palm Beach County Medical Society, he is a vocal advocate for patients and independent physicians.
He also serves in leadership positions at the Florida Medical Association, the American College of Rheumatology and the American Medical Association.
