After a patient called with persistent abdominal pain after returning to a fitness routine, Founder and Medical Director Caitlin Prickett, D.O., a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, listened carefully and urged the patient to seek emergency care and request diagnostic imaging. Although the imaging wasn’t initially considered necessary, the patient trusted Dr. Prickett’s recommendation and insisted on the test. It revealed a life-threatening condition that required immediate treatment and ultimately saved the patient’s life.

Dr. Prickett earned her Bachelor of Science from The University of Alabama before receiving her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of South Alabama Medical Center.
She founded Concierge Medicine of Boca Raton in 2021 after realizing she could spend only minutes with each patient in the traditional healthcare model. She envisioned a practice focused on prevention, meaningful relationships and unhurried care. Today, new patient visits last 60 minutes and annual physicals are scheduled for 90 minutes.

Joining the practice in mid-August is Elizabeth Polsinelli, D.O., a board-certified Internal Medicine physician who emphasizes prevention, longevity and relationship-based care. She earned her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine after completing her undergraduate education at the University of Michigan and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Broward Health Medical Center.
Board-certified Internal Medicine physician Jaron Schaumberg, D.O., earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont before receiving his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine and completing his Internal Medicine residency at Hackensack Meridian Health–Palisades Medical Center.
With three board-certified Internal Medicine physicians, patients enjoy exceptional continuity of care, even when one physician is away.
