“I was very successful in my early career, insuring thousands of homes,” he explains. “That’s when I decided to start my own business (in July 2024). I knew I could be successful.”
Oleck was encouraged to establish his own company by his father, who has owned his own commercial insurance business for more than 30 years.
The most important thing for clients to remember when selecting a home insurance policy, Oleck shares, is to make sure their home is insured at the correct, full replacement value, so in the event of a claim, they have the proper coverage and are fully protected. Also important is having an agent that does his/her due diligence and manages their policy by shopping it out annually to get the best rate.

“Clients are given my cell phone number, so they can always reach me,” Oleck says. “Bigger companies often have a lot of departments and it’s difficult to create relationships and deal with the same person every time you call.”
In addition, as an independent insurance brokerage, every client’s policy is “shopped out” for the best coverage.
The most rewarding part of Oleck’s job is assisting people, he admits.
“Because this is such a large and problematic industry with few companies that do their due diligence and help people to the best of their ability, I enjoy helping people save money, protect their homes, and being there for them when emergencies happen.”
