Renowned Israeli Restaurant Hosts Honorary Dinner
On Nov. 16, globally acclaimed hospitality group, Major Food Group, alongside legendary Chef Eyal Shani, hosted an honorary dinner in celebration of the one-year anniversary of HaSalon — the renowned Israeli restaurant originally founded in Tel Aviv.
To honor the occasion, guests spent an evening with the celebrated Chefs Eyal Shani and Mario Carbone, coming together over an hour of cocktails and canapes, and later enjoying 6-8 entirely original dishes created by Chef Eyal. The duo joined forces in the kitchen, creating and presenting the special reimagined 4-course menu. The night ended with a theatrical spread of Israel’s best desserts, presented with a classic HaSalon twist.
