It was a magical evening at Boca West Country Club as The Rotary Club of Boca Raton celebrated its 22nd OPAL Awards, recognizing outstanding people and leaders. Co-chaired by Jan Savarick, Neil Saffer and Spencer Siegel, the event provides scholarships and mentors for students to create brighter futures for themselves.
