Victory Living Programs Black And Blue Dine Around Event

The 8th annual Black and Blue Dine Around Event – hosted by and benefiting Victory Living Programs – raised money for a good cause and tantalized taste buds. Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at Blue Martini, followed by dinner, wine and dessert at The Capital Grille. The night concluded at Blue Martini with after-dinner drinks and dancing.
