Boca Chamber Festival Days Pairs Up Nonprofits With Local Businesses
Celebrate the city of Boca Raton during Boca Chamber Festival Days, which presents a series of 25 fun-filled events at different venues throughout South Palm Beach County from Aug. 1-30. Although the chamber helps facilitate the events, each is created through the pairing of a nonprofit organization and a for-profit business with the aim of raising funds and awareness for the nonprofit.
Highlights include Feed Your Funny Bone on Aug. 9, a night of comedy, hors d'oeuvres and drinks, hosted by Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services and Unique Gifts and Premiums; Care-A-O-Ke for a Cause on Aug. 10, hosted by the American Association of Caregiving Youth and Allegiance Home Health; and Bowling for Bread on Aug. 26, hosted by Boca Helping Hands and First Citizens Bank.
