Groundbreaking On Second Phase Takes Place

If you didn’t get in on the first phase of ALINA Residences in Boca Raton, have no fear. Groundbreaking on phase two recently took place. But don’t wait too long, phase two was already 40% sold at the end of March.

The final phase will include two, nine-story buildings with a maximum of four residences per floor and a total of 152 units. Construction is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2024. Construction on phase one was completed in March 2021.

ALINA 210 features three to four-bedroom residences ranging from 3,300 to 5,400 square feet. Prices start at $3.5 million. ALINA 220 will have one to four-bedrooms, ranging from 1,400 to 5,400 square feet priced from $1.7 million to more than $8 million. 

Phase two will add two more acres of private, outdoor space. There’s also plenty to do with multiple rooftop swimming pools, fire pits, dedicated yoga areas, two dog parks and lots more.
