Beware Of The Creepy Clowns

Haunted Circus Miami Makes Its Debut

by

When you think of a circus, you probably picture a ringmaster, acrobats and clowns. And that’s just what you get when Haunted Circus Miami comes to town — but with a twist: the clowns are ghosts, the acrobat has vanished and the ringmaster is stark-raving mad.

Legend has it that when this traveling circus comes to town, strange things happen. This year, Haunted Circus Miami makes its debut at the equestrian center at Tropical Park, Miami (7900 SW 40th St.), where it will remain before vanishing again on Oct. 31.

There’s fun for the whole family. Visitors can get a tarot card reading to see what the future holds, kids can visit the petting zoo and for those brave enough, a horror maze awaits. Attendees will take part in various quests where they will gather clues designed to lead them to the missing acrobat lady. Spookiness builds up an appetite so be sure to visit the food trucks!

Haunted Circus Miami is put on by Clowns Incorporated, founded by Kristina Drobach who recently moved to Miami. She felt like the area was lacking in family-friendly Halloween events, so she and her boyfriend decided to start their own.
