Boca's Brown Interiors Branches Out Into Commercial Design
Brown is known for its stunning interior designs.
But the family-owned company has branched out with a new commercial and hospitality division, offering services designed to transform hotels, restaurants, luxury multi-family properties, and retail and commercial spaces.
The Boca Raton-based division, comprising Jennifer Marino, director of commercial hospitality; Danielle Masielli, senior designer; and Brent Cartwright, senior lead designer, offers a four-step process to clients.
The planning phase begins with a kick-off meeting where clients discuss their business and goals. The creative phase follows, and the “big idea” comes to life, complete with a design plan that includes renderings and styling examples. Development and execution are next, covering every single detail – down to the hardware – as well as hiring subcontractors and overseeing construction, undertaken by the staff.
Clients include Unicorn Children’s Foundation, Seaside Resort and Ocean Grande Beach and Marina.
