Beloved Fair Returns To The Magic City
Attention bibliophiles! This year’s highly anticipated Miami Book Fair is coming to downtown Miami November 13-20. Hundreds of critically acclaimed authors will be on hand to talk politics, pop culture and all manner of impactful prose.
For decades the Book Fair has been in-person, but as we all know COVID-19 changed many things and the fair moved online. It returned to an in-person event last year and has since evolved into a hybrid in-person/virtual festival packed with top-notch programming you can enjoy from afar or up close.
The fair will feature more than 200 booksellers and exhibitors across various genres and interests. Book lovers are also treated to culinary presentations, live music, dance and theater performances, interactive art projects, as well as fun and educational activities for the kids.
In August, the Miami Book Fair, in collaboration with the National Poetry Series, announced the 2022 Paz Prize for Poetry winner is Cuban poet Oneyda Gonzalez for her manuscript “El lazo infinito.”
