On to the second course of Maine Lobster tail with cauliflower, asparagus and butter sauce. Wrap things up with a juicy prime beef striploin with mushrooms and truffle sauce before cleansing the palette with a fourth course of strawberries and fresh cream. End the meal with Valrhona Dark Chocolate Cake covered in a warm butterscotch sauce.
