Wick Theatre And Costume Museum Reopens With Entertaining Holiday Season

The Wick Theatre and Costume Museum is ready to raise the curtain. The Boca Raton venue has opened its doors to the main theater.

Why not help them celebrate on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day with entertainer/songwriter Lance Lipinsky’s New Year’s Eve show?

“Ring in 2021 with a musical history trip! Move and groove back to the beginnings of rock ‘n’ roll with entertainer and songwriter Lance Lipinsky and his Chicago-based group the Lovers in ‘Rock Baby Rock!’,” notes a press release. “Culling together revitalized sounds from the late 1940s to the mid-1960s, this ever-shuffling night features both obvious and slightly less common touchstones, including era-defining material from Elvis Presley, Little Richard, Bill Haley & The Comets, Chubby Checker, Ray Charles, Bo Diddley, The Dells, Ike Turner, and Jerry Lewis’ top tunes.”

Three shows are available – an early 5 p.m. New Year’s Eve show, a dinner and show at 8 p.m. the same night, and a “Hangover Show” Jan. 1 at 3 p.m.

Upcoming shows at the Wick include the musical “Mamma Mia,” set to take the stage Jan. 7- Feb. 14.
