Pasta, Please!

Celebrate National Pasta Day At Scusi Trattoria In Palm Beach Gardens

Finally, something to celebrate. We’re talking about National Pasta Day on Oct. 17 – and what better place to partake than Scusi Trattoria?

The Palm Beach Gardens eatery knows a thing or two about pasta as well as socially distanced dining. Its expansive alfresco dining area, along with a new clear-top tent, can seat up to 100 guests while complying with CDC guidelines, including disposable paper menus and guest temperature checks.

Diners who prefer to eat inside will find plexiglass dividers, hand sanitizer stations and touchless faucets in the restrooms.

Behind the scenes, partner and Executive Chef Laurent Tourondel creates entrées, pastas and wood-fired pizzas with southern Italian flair. Pasta dishes are anything but ordinary: Radiatori, with fennel sausage, rapini, pignoli and pecorino Romano, and Mafaldine Alle Vongole, with clams, white wine, garlic and pine nuts, are among the offerings.
