Space To Create

Two South Florida Venues Offer Workspace For Creative Types

Just because someone is a contract or freelance worker doesn’t mean they want to spend their working hours at home. Enter these South Florida workspaces, geared toward creative types.

NeueHouse, already a California hotspot, has branched out to Miami for its fifth location, scheduled to open later this year.

Not only does it provide a cool work environment for creators, but it serves food for thought – literally. It joined forces with Casa Tua restaurant for a culinary partnership, F&B by Casa Tua, which offers NeueHouse members “their singular approach to soulful Italian cuisine and impeccable service,” according to a press release.

NeueHouse’s four membership tiers include a communal workspace; dedicated spaces; private studios; and global access to gallery floors and communal work, social and event spaces for four business days per month.

Also available: Zero Empty Spaces, which opened its first Palm Beach County location in Boca Center with eight studios for artists. The venue, near Joseph’s Classic Market, is the company’s sixth, with others planned.

“Zero Empty Spaces creates affordable artist studios in vacant spaces around the country where artists can create and collaborate at an affordable price,” notes a press release.

Adds Giana Pacinelli, marketing director for Crocker Partners, which manages the center, in a press release: “We are proud to be able to support Zero Empty Spaces and their innovative business model while also bringing additional artistic flair to Boca Center.”
