The trio of experienced world travelers recently founded Couturista Travel, which offers the best of all worlds: guided tours of locales like Tuscany with an insider component.
“Our insider access to global fashion, culture and hospitality ensures our vacation program is unlike any other,” notes the company website.
In addition to gourmet cuisine and cultural activities, trips will feature insider experiences at high-end boutiques and with artisans as well as discounts on designer goods.
The group’s Tuscany Couture excursion includes a hotel stay at the Ferragamo-owned Gallery Art Hotel; exclusive vineyard tours; and VIP access to Prada, Gucci, Armani, Ferragamo, Emilio Pucci, Sergio Rossi, Cavalli, Dolce & Gabbana and more.
“Couturistas will get to enter boutiques through the back entry and visit local artisans’ workshops to watch how luxury goods are created,” explains a press release. “They’ll have access to private trunk shows, museums, UNESCO World Heritage Sites and many more.
