Calling All Chocolate Lovers

Start your new year off on a sweet note celebrating your favorite treat — chocolate! Learn about the life cycle of the cocoa plant through to the production of exquisite chocolate confections and the richness of chocolate at Fairchilds Garden on Jan 15 and 16.   

This is an event the whole family can enjoy, from drinks to chocolate adventures to chocolate-inspired cooking classes — no one is going to want to go home. Wander the new Savory Bites Village and unique culinary creations that involve, you guessed it — chocolate. Celebrate the art of chocolate through informative lectures on cooking with this beloved ingredient and watch Miami's master chefs and chocolatiers show off their skills.  

Established in 1939, Fairchild Garden is currently marking its 84th anniversary. Their main goal is to explore, explain and conserve the world of tropical plants.
