Like many holidays, Easter goes hand-in-hand with delicious food, and what better way than enjoying a festive brunch with family and friends? With the holiday coming on Apr. 17, we’ve compiled a list of mouth-watering restaurants to visit.  

Coco Sushi Lounge & Bar 

Decorated in festive balloons, all diners will receive a mini chocolate egg at this Delray Beach Asian fusion spot. Special Easter menu items feature a Coco Easter Basket, filled with an array of dumplings, gyozas, spring rolls and an Easter Roll, comprised of kani (artificial crab) and avocado, wrapped in soy paper, topped with tuna, salmon, white fish, shrimp, avocado, wasabi and kimchee sauce. Brunch menu items include Korean Pancakes with a choice of vegetables or seafood, Crispy Lobster and Shrimp Wontons and a Dim Sum Platter that serve favorites like Peking duck dumpling, Wagyu beef gyoza and others. Bottomless mimosas, bloody Mary's, Bellini's and Aperol spritzers round out the meal.

Lionfish 

A go-to spot for sustainable modern coastal cuisine, Lionfish is inviting diners for a cheery Easter brunch with holiday specials like crab cake Benedict, Lobster Chorizo Hash and a White Chocolate Easter Egg, all of which pair beautifully with bottomless mimosas, Aperol spritz, sparkling rosé and bloody Mary’s.

Amalia 

Miami Beach’s newest eatery serving seasonal Mediterranean and Italian cuisine marks its first Easter with a spectacular a la carte Sunday brunch. Diners can indulge in a variety of sweet treats by Argentine Executive Chef Hernan Griccini like cinnamon rolls, pain au chocolate and French toast — caramelized brioche, cinnamon sugar, chantilly cream and berries. Those craving savory dishes will enjoy the Valencia Omelet with Serrano ham, sun-dried tomatoes, arugula and asparagus, served with roasted potatoes and greens, Shakshuka — poached eggs with eggplant stew and spicy tomato and tahini, served with focaccia and Smoked Salmon with Bagel and Eggs Benedict with roasted ham, creamed kale, English muffin and hollandaise sauce. Red and White Sangria, mimosas and bubbles are also available.

Boia De In Collaboration With Rosie’s Miami  

Boia De (featured on our Chef Profile of our February issue), will be hosting a special Easter Day brunch in collaboration with Rosie’s Miami, the wildly popular pop-up soon to open a permanent location in Little River. Both restaurants are run by talented, award-winning husband and wife chefs serving signature dishes like Lamb Tartar, Biscuits and Gravy Alla Norcini — a creamy sausage and black truffle sauce — and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes.

Le Jardinier  

This Miami Design District hotspot will be offering a special three-course prefix Sunday Brunch in celebration of Easter on their alfresco patio as well as in their stylish dining room. For the first course, diners may choose from Spring Rabbit Terrine with baby greens, vegetables and mostarda, Chilled Pea Soup with mint and parmesan emulsion or White Asparagus with Ora King Salmon, Meyer lemon and dill. Main course options include Roast Leg of Lamb with crispy potatoes, pea coulis and carrots, Pan-seared Ora King Salmon with grilled asparagus and spring onion and herb hollandaise and Mushroom Cavatelli with petite allium, spring peas and beans. For dessert, diners will have the choice between Mango Crémux with light lemongrass chiboust and pistachio sable, Dark Chocolate, Caramel Sabayon or plant-based ice cream.

Burlock Coast Seafare & Spirits 

 This Fort Lauderdale seafood eatery offers a decadent a la carte brunch to go with its captivating ocean view. Offerings include Zak’s Brioche French toast with caramelized peaches and cream, Southern Fried Chicken sandwich topped with bib lettuce, pickle and maple hot sauce; Spicy Farmers Delight Omelet with hot peppers, onion, squash and pepper jack cheese and Huevos Rancheros with pulled pork, black bean puree, sour cream and ranchero sauce on corn tortillas. The restaurant will also feature a seafood tower along with an optional bottomless beverage package.

Lona Cocina & Tequileria  

Indulging in a bottomless beachside brunch with fan-favorite stations like the guacamole bar, taco station, ceviche station, omelet and waffle station. Lona is also featuring a queso dip bar, chilaquiles and huevo rancheros station and a trompo (vertical rotating spit of al pastor meat) station. Bottomless cocktails include margaritas, mimosas and bloody Mary's. There is also a children’s buffet serving quesadillas, chicken tenders and French fries and a dessert bar full of sweets.
