Year-round, with its warm, tropical weather South Florida and tennis belong together. In fact, some of the most popular cities like Key Biscayne, Miami, Boca Raton and Delray Beach breed a love for tennis like no other because it is a game accessible to all.

The Miami Open tennis competition is held at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens every year. This year from Mar. 21 – Apr. 3, the two-week competition returns in full effect, drawing tennis enthusiasts from around the globe. Along with exceptional tennis, the tournament will incorporate entertainment, food and art— all things Miami is known for.

Fans won't go hungry with the upscale food court style offerings that include pop-ups of renowned restaurants like Casa Tua Cusina, Kiki On The River, The Wharf, Omakai Sushi and many more. Murals throughout the stadium were created by local artists and live music from DJs and musicians provide entertainment beyond the game.

The Hard Rock Stadium features 30 shows and practice courts, the largest video screen of any tennis event and a 13,800-seat arena. It is one of the first public facilities to earn the Global Biorisk Advisory Council’s STAR accreditation, which is a division of ISSA, a worldwide cleaning industry association that implements cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention work practices to control risks like Covid-19.

Top tennis players have graced The Miami Open with their talents. In past years, starstruck fans watched Serena Williams win a record eight singles titles and just last year Hubert Hurkacz claimed his first Masters 1000 trophy and will be returning to compete this year. Other notable players include Daniil Medvedev, Alexander Zverev, Ashleigh Barty, Aryna Sabalenka and Barbora Krejcikova.
