Museum In Plantation Educates Visitors About Caribbean History

by

Did you know that Plantation, Florida is home to a Caribbean Museum? Island SPACE offers an exclusive and interactive experience with the history of the islands surrounding the Caribbean Sea.

According to the American Immigration Council, Florida is home to the largest number of Caribbean immigrants to the U.S. per year. Displaying cultural art and historic relics in Broward County, the current home of so many that have migrated from the Caribbean, is crucial to preserving the islands’ collective memory.
